Our Knit Sportcoats are the epitome of soft tailoring, so there’s none of the padding that makes a blazer stuffy. The result is a comfortable fit that accentuates your natural build. Design details include a natural shoulder, a slightly nipped waist, patch pockets and a double-vent lend some Neapolitan flair to these relaxed takes on a classic blazer. There’s also a chest pocket known as a barchetta (Italian for “little boat”) as the sleek, curvature of the pocket resembles a small skiff. The interior has a butterfly lining that covers the upper ¼ of the back and makes it easier to slip the sportcoat on and off. Made in Italy from a pique fabric, this is a sophisticated, warm weather upgrade to a navy blue blazer. (The open weave of pique is a gift on hot days). You’ll quickly find this has become a go-to whether you’re pairing it with a tee, polo or dress shirt and TS Knit Tie.

Beautiful fabric, beautiful drape. However fits smaller than the Navy version. Also wish this came in double breasted.

I bought this coat in Faded Surplus (42R- my normal size) and loved the fabric and fit so ordered another one in black. Based on some of the comments here about it running small I ordered the black in 44 R. It was too big.
Exchanged it for 42R and fit was spot on and true to size in black as well.
Terrific sport coat, buy size runs way small compared with other colors. I tried on blue in the store and 42L was perfect; ordered black in same size and it was a full size too small. Other than that it's great ... just size up if ordering black.
