Italian Knit Sport Coat

This white knit jacket is perfect for the summer evening cocktail party. I recently wore it at an important work function on a rooftop in 82 degree weather. I stood out in a good way and was able to keep it buttoned up without breaking a sweat. I received numerous compliments on it. Elegant without being flashy. Fit was perfect (after some minor tailoring). Would recommend to anyone who must attend a cocktail party in warm weather

I bought this coat in Faded Surplus (42R- my normal size) and loved the fabric and fit so ordered another one in black. Based on some of the comments here about it running small I ordered the black in 44 R. It was too big.

Exchanged it for 42R and fit was spot on and true to size in black as well.

Awesome! I wore this for the first time this week with jeans and tee shirt and it looked amazing! I received a cavalcade of compliments!

That said, it’s gorgeous. My tailor found enough room to adjust the fit to my 4” drop, 75 year old body.

If you have a 6” drop it will be perfect. The shoulders run true to size.
