This cozy jacket is made from a warm, rugged wool Donegal, with subtle flecks of cream and red on a soft brown base. “Donegal,” named after the county in Ireland where it originated, refers to a technique where small pieces of yarn in different colors are woven in at random to create a speckled effect. The classic silhouette features horn buttons at the front and knit ribbing at the collar, cuffs and waist for a gently rounded look. You can wear this as a light layer, or treat it like you would a cardigan.

Runway Collection:
La Buena Vida | Vintage Style

Todd’s Spring/Summer 26 runway collection balances structured tailoring and soft sensuality, inspired by the faded glamour of Havana in the 50s and the swagger of a guy stepping off a plane in Miami in the 80s.

The sweaters in La Buena Vida are all inspired by mid-century styles, layering in different old-school details: an extra tab closure at the hem, tapered waists, extended collars, vintage-inspired patterns, and more.

    Nice fabric

Another terrific Snyder, product. However, one edge on one pocket is not exactly straight, which irritates me, but I don’t think anybody can really notice, but why someone can’t cut fabric straight, I don’t understand and I already returned one because the label in the back of the coat was sewn on crooked. But overall, a really lovely jacket. I get compliments about it and nobody notices the things I mentioned except me, that’s just my eye.

    Another home-run from Todd Snyder

I am always really happy with my Todd Snyder purchases! Most items are a little more on the pricey side, but the quality and timeless style make them things that stay active in your wardrobe for years. This Donegal Bomber Jacket fits that description to a “T”. It’s really well made, and the style is timeless. It pairs equally well with dark jeans or a great chino. It’s a great fall or spring jacket, or can be used as a cold winter layering piece. I highly recommend this item!
