Inspired by a vintage British military style, our modern update to the Gurkha Trouser is a bestseller. It’s back for the season in a brushed Italian cotton. Design details include a double-pleated front and an adjustable, self-belted cummerbund-style waist that’s meant to sit slightly higher than a typical pant would. The fit is relaxed through the upper section of the trouser and tailored through the leg. The beauty of the Gurkha is that its structure and shape instantly dress up any outfit, whether you’re wearing it with a shirt jacket and loafers or a tee andsneakers.

Fabric and construction is great. Beautiful fabric. Fit was ok for me. And silhouette was ok, would prefer a straighter leg or a softer tapper with a wider bottom opening. Overall very nice pants.

Hands down, these Ghurka khakis are the most comfortable, elegant, high quality khakis I have ever worn.
The fabric is from Sondrio Mill in the Italian alps. The year round fabric smells like fresh cotton when it arrives and it gets softer after just one wash. It is a substantial, mid-weight fabric but it is very breathable and I intend to wear it during the summer months.
The best way to wear Ghurkas is under a sport coat or, ideally, with a tucked-in shirt since the idea is to show off the beautiful waistband.
Since Ghurka trousers skew formal, I usually wear them with dress shoes or white dress sneakers (like Common Projects.) They look sharp with a linen button-down shirt with the sleeves rolled up.
Tee shirts and knit polo shirts are too casual for Ghurka trousers in my opinion, but otherwise these are the perfect trousers. My only regret is not buying multiple pairs before my size sold out.

A thicker pant, but breathes well. The pleats add formality to your look, but you can still dress these down for an everyday occasion.
These pants are fantastic. The quality is superb, the brushed cotton is very soft. The color is really versatile. I was very pleasantly impressed. And the cut on the leg isn't narrow or overly baggy.
