    This take on the traditional Fair Isle sweater keeps everything you love about this classic style and none of the things you don’t. Case in point: it’s knit from a soft, Italian mohair yarn that’s been double-brushed for a fuzzy finish. The multicolored, geometric pattern takes its name from Fair Isle, a small island to the north of Scotland where this particular tradition of knitting originated. Here, it’s knit in rich jewel tones on a deep, chocolate base — chic and neutral, it goes with almost everything.
