Villa America

Spring/Summer '25

After an absence of four-and-a-half years, Todd made his triumphant return to New York Fashion Week, where he previewed 35 new looks at Le Rock, a brasserie in Rockefeller Center. The collection name, “Villa America,” refers to Gerald and Sara Murphy’s house in Antibes, where they often hosted Picasso, Cole Porter and F. Scott Fitzgerald in the 1920s. Says Todd, “I wanted to bring that unhurried and creative lifestyle into the modern era through the pastel palette of the late 1980s and early 1990s and by mixing Anglo-American tailoring with the Milanese drape for a chic slouchiness and an easy, wearability."
