It is made from John Smedley’s signature Sea Island Cotton, a luxurious variety that takes its name from the island off the South Carolina coast but is now grown in the Caribbean. Thanks to its extra long staple fibres, Sea Island Cotton can be woven at a high yarn count for a supremely soft handfeel.
