Nomad Chelsea Boot in Dark Brown

These are pretty unique chelsea boots IMO in how well they straddle the line between formal and informal. They can really be dressed up or down, unlike many other chelseas that have to go one way or the other. The crepe soles are super practical and lean casual, but the stitching on the welt and the really beautifully refined shape of the last pulls the formality up several notches. The suede and color is really nice. They work great in the office, great with jeans, great on date night, great for a weekend trip. My one complaint echoes the one from another review of this boot (albeit in a different color) - The half insole rolls up when I take the boot off. When I put it back on, so far it's always rolled back into place, but I fear it may eventually need to be torn out and replaced. FYI the boot is slightly on the snug side. I didn't need to size up but others might.
