Popular in Mexico, Cuba, the Dominican Republic and other countries, the Guayabera is traditionally worn in lieu of a sport coat. This is a riff on the classic silhouette, crafted from a fairly rugged Portuguese cotton blend in a scaled-up herringbone that gives it a textural look and feel. The robust nature of the fabric gives this a roomier, swingier fit than our other Guayberas, but it has the same details — the traditional hand pockets and open collar — that make it a versatile layer.
