Same as last years limited made in the USA jeans, these do not match what is pictured. Much darker and less faded. No quality control. Also, there are always 5 star reviews posted right after negative ones.

Our denim comes in distinct categories (Stretch, Selvedge and Small Batch), for the same reason that sometimes you want an artisanal sipping whiskey, and others a draft beer. The Made in USA Selvedge is our most premium jean, what we call Small Batch Denim. Created in partnership with denim guru Eric Goldstein, whose credits include Jean Shop and RRL, it’s woven at Vidalia Mills in Vidalia, Louisiana.
Vidalia is quickly becoming famous among aficionados for its “farm-to-yarn” denim as the cotton is locally grown, then woven on Vidalia's Draper looms, many of which were acquired from the late mythic White Oak Plant in Greensboro, North Carolina. It takes about two hours for each of these machines to weave enough fabric for one pair of jeans. The denim is rope-dyed in genuine indigo and then cut and sewn in Los Angeles.
This is the denim equivalent of cutting a soul album at Muscle Shoals.
The Rigid Slim Fit jean is raw denim--a dark, rugged fabric originally created for hard labor. It will be a little stiff and maybe even a tad snug when you first wear it, but it will mold to your body and loosen up overtime. Or as Goldstein says, “You’ve got to earn that fit.”

I've been searching for a a solid, lighter wash pair of denim so was excited to see TS release a "bleach out wash in the small batch. I also ordered the bleach out wash in the stretch selvedge. The two are substantially different in wash. On the tags they actually read "Bleach Out Knee - Lakeside Wash" and "Bleachout Knee - Petrol Blue," respectively. I wish TS made some of these distinctions in the copy on the website to help online shoppers. The small batch bleach out definitely is closer to my "Vintage Faded Indigo Wash" selvedge. The stretch selvedge definitely wins on the bleach out wash front. PS this is my first time getting hands on a small batch pair and the quality in tryin on the two (despite the stretch factor) is pronounced
I have many pairs of raw denim from all the hardcore denim brands. These are by far the best quality and fit I’ve had. Excited to start the break in and fading journey with these. Todd Snyder is owning the denim game with these!
I am 5'9" with a 33W. Unfortunately, T.S. does not offer denim in 33X30 (which I would think would be a very common size). I first tried the 34X30 option, and I was drowning in these by multiple inches in the waist. Not helping matters is that this "slim" fit is on the very generous side in the hips and thighs. I confidently returned for the 32X30 thinking they would fit great based on the 34X30s. To my disappointment, I could not come close to buttoning them up. There is a big sizing problem on this item - so good luck to you if you roll the dice on these. The denim looked nice and seemed to be of good quality though.
