EXCHANGES & RETURNS (Continental US only)
Returns can be made in store or online. All exchange and return items must be received by us within 30 days of purchase. Items marked "Final Sale", "Final Markdown", or "Clearance" are non-returnable. Please ensure all other items are returned new, unused in their original packaging and with all TODD SNYDER and any other designer garment tags still attached.
Please note: Shipping costs are not refundable. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of $7, however, we offer free returns in-store or if store credit is chosen as a refund method. Click here to view our store locator.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your return or exchange to be processed once received at our Returns Department. Please note that refunds issued back to your credit card usually take up to 5 business days to be acknowledged by your bank.
Please note: That store credit cannot be changed or transferred after your return has been completed.
