It is my father's day present, so not yet opened.

Items stolen. FedEx didn’t follow delivery instructions. Haven’t been able to file a claim with FedEx.

I’m very fair skinned and have already had a few experiences with the dermatologist over sun damage. She gave me the lecture about covering my head and tops of my ears especially when I’m out and about in sunny weather. Well, a couple of weeks in Hawaii sounded like a good time for a hat. I didn’t want to look like Gilligan and a baseball cap doesn’t protect the ears. Ordered the Panama hat online and it’s great. With just a touch of confidence, you can pull it off with casual or dressy clothing. Great for a resort trip but also with a summer suit on a hot, sweaty DC summer day.

Extra points for being adjustable for a good fit. It’s a high quality item at a very good price. I packed it in my suitcase and it’s sturdy enough to have survived the round trip journey.

Looks good, I have not had a chance to wear it in the sun yet but I like that there are small holes for ventilation, looking forward to my trip to Mexico and Caribbean this December.
