    This is our homage to the vintage, interlock turtlenecks that were standard issue on Ivy League campuses and European film sets in the 60s. Made from a soft-yet-solid jersey cotton imported from Portugal, this is the turtleneck for the guy who loves the comfortable feel of a heavy-duty t-shirt but wants the cool, flattering fit of a turtleneck. This is a great piece to use as a base layer in colder months, under a dress shirt or sweater, but the fit is relaxed enough that it works well worn all on its own deep into spring.

    Turtlenecks review

    Not quite as thick or as well made for the pricepoint as I expected. I believe I could have gotten this level of finish for a much less price. I purchased this AND a white one with the expectation, especially for the pricepoint, to be of thicker weight material.Though it's a decent utility piece as an underlayment, it doesn't particularly stand alone as the collar is floppy (by design) but flimsy as to not keep placement and looks disheveled vs stylish.

    This was a good addition as an elevated basic that I can dress up are down. For me I’ll be using it as a light weight turtleneck that can be worn in warmer conditions.
