Our denim comes in distinct categories (Stretch, Selvedge and Small Batch), for the same reason that sometimes you want an artisanal sipping whiskey, and others a draft beer. The Made in USA Selvedge is our most premium jean, what we call Small Batch Denim. Created in partnership with denim guru Eric Goldstein, whose credits include Jean Shop and RRL, it’s woven at Vidalia Mills in Vidalia, Louisiana.

Vidalia is quickly becoming famous among aficionados for its “farm-to-yarn” denim as the cotton is locally grown, then woven on Vidalia's Draper looms, many of which were acquired from the late mythic White Oak Plant in Greensboro, North Carolina. It takes about two hours for each of these machines to weave enough fabric for one pair of jeans. The denim is rope-dyed in genuine indigo and then cut and sewn in Los Angeles.

This is the denim equivalent of cutting a soul album at Muscle Shoals.

Based on a design from our “From Away” fashion show, The Rigid Wide Fit jean is raw denim, a dark, rugged fabric originally created for hard labor. It is rope-dyed in a genuine indigo bath, and cut and sewn in Los Angeles. The fit is high-waisted with full stove pipe legs and meant to be worn with a sizable, turn-up cuff. This jean can be a little stiff and maybe even a tad snug when you first wear it, but it will mold to your body and loosen up overtime. Think of it as the clay and your body the sculptor. Or as Goldstein puts it, “You have to earn that fit.”

EXCELLENT JEAN!

If you’re over the skinny jean, or like me, never into them... THIS is your raw jean. Can be worn as either a dead stock work pant or drop it down on your hips for a fashion/street vibe. The rises are perfect, not too long.

Eric Goldstein’s group developed the denim HERE in the US... literally from the cotton field to base cloth, using Cone’s old looms, pulled outta NC and set up in GA.

Perfect fit

These are exactly what I was looking for. Relaxed but still with a great shape. The wash is classic and comfortable. I’m 6’0” and 158 pounds. I went with the 30x32. I’m inbetween 31 and 30 for the waist with TS depending on the material. 30” was the right choice for these. I don’t need a belt and they’re not too tight. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxed fit but don’t want to look like you’re chasing teenage trends.

Great Customer Service and Good Jean

These relaxed fit raw selvedge jeans are quite good. Certainly very relaxed fit. Rather heavy weight, becoming of its quality. Wish there were more size variations, but overall, I feel the 34/30 is the best fit for me.

Nice Selvedge

Oh man, what can I say... they are so well made. I compared them to my Gap Selvedge's and there's no comparison... well except for the price the Gap Selvedge were only $158.00 but TS's... it's a lot
