        The sweaters in La Buena Vida are all inspired by mid-century styles, layering in different old-school details: an extra tab closure at the hem, tapered waists, extended collars, vintage-inspired patterns, and more.

          This item was a final sale, and I bought a size XXL, but it ran larger than expected. I hesitated to call Todd Snyder because I wasn’t sure if they would consider replacing it with a smaller size (XL). Customer service put me on hold to check if the XL was available. When she came back, she said they had one in stock, would hold it for me, and would send a return address so I could ship the jacket back.

          The irony is that I initially felt stuck with an expensive jacket I couldn’t wear, which made me feel not so great about shopping online again. But the customer service was excellent—I sent the jacket back and received the replacement in less than a week. Kudos to them!

          Now I’m just waiting for the garment bag that came with it to be shipped.

          Great Coat!

          This coat is just great all around. It’s a versatile and comfortable statement piece. Def recommend purchasing. Lots of compliments.

          You should be aware if you are thinking about buying that this coat runs extremely large. I’m 5’ 11” and 170 lbs and the XS fit me great. I’ve never ordered anything that’s XS except this coat. I could maybe do a S as well but prefer a little more tailored look in my coats. So definitely size down at least one size maybe two as all my other TS coats are a medium.
