Well-made hat. Nice material. it is indeed adjustable, and the mechanism for adjustment is very simple, but also unique (or at least I haven't seen it) and effective. Worth nothing that it is not just the earflaps which fold down, but also the back of the hat to keep the lower part of your head/upper part of the neck covered. If you live somewhere cold, and you don't mind looking vaguely like a Soviet politburo member at a military parade, this is a great hat.
